Four adorable witch's hat blocks are strung together to make this colorful Halloween runner. The appliques can be used in any number of other projects. They would be cute on place mats or trick or treat bags.The inner blocks are each 6" square, so a size that can easily be used to make mug rugs.
The appliques are quickly made with fusible web and machine zigzag stitching to hold them in place. One basic block with an appliqued poinsettia forms the foundation for all three pieces in the trio.
