At MamaQuilts, all of our products are digital and delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital goods, there is no physical shipping involved.

Delivery Method

After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions. This is typically delivered within a few minutes of payment confirmation, but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.

Delivery Time

  • Email Delivery: Ensure your email address is correct at checkout. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email within 15 minutes.

Non-Receipt of Product

If you do not receive your digital product within the expected timeframe, please:

  2. Confirm that your payment was processed.

No Physical Shipping

As our products are 100% digital, no physical item will be shipped. You will not incur any shipping costs.
